Does low-moisture cleaning really get the carpet clean?

YES! Low-moisture cleaning uses a solution that separates and extracts the dirt from your carpet. Anything not extracted is encapsulated in a polymer, which comes up during routine vacuuming.

How long does it take for my carpet to dry?

Typical dry times are between 60 and 90 minutes.

Can I walk on my carpet immediately after cleaning?

You can, although it will still be slightly damp, so we recommend wearing shoes to keep your feet dry!

Is the chemical safe?

All chemicals we use are not only green, but child and pet safe. Safe for the environment and family!

Do you use soaps or shampoos?

No soaps or shampoos are used in our process. Soaps and shampoos leave a sticky residue that attracts soil. Our products repel soil, leaving your carpets cleaner longer.
