Nice & Clean Floor Care and Nice & Clean Floor Care & Restoration, as applicable to the branded application you use (“Nice & Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared through our mobile applications, related websites, and business-management systems (collectively, the “Services”).

Internal Employee Application Only

The Nice & Clean mobile applications are private, internal business tools. They are intended only for authorized owners, employees, technicians, contractors, administrators, and other personnel who have been issued login credentials by Nice & Clean.

Customers cannot register for an account, create an account, or access the internal mobile applications. Customer information may be entered and managed by authorized personnel solely to perform, schedule, document, bill for, and support services.

Information We Collect

Depending on your authorized role and use of the Services, we may collect and store:

• Employee account information, including name, email address, phone number, user level, work-related address information, and date of birth where provided for internal personnel administration.
• Login and security information, including username, encrypted password credentials, authentication records, and account activity.
• Customer and job information, including customer names, business names, service and billing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, service history, estimates, invoices, notes, agreements, and job schedules.
• Job documentation, including before, during, after, and damage photographs; service notes; signed service agreements; and time-clock/check-in records.
• Payment-related business records, including invoices, payment status, transaction identifiers, and payment confirmations.
• Device and technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, such as device type, app version, operating system, and error information.
• Information voluntarily submitted in time-off requests, employee profile updates, notes, and other internal business records.

Face ID and Device Authentication

The app may offer Face ID or other device-based biometric authentication to make sign-in more convenient. Nice & Clean does not collect, receive, store, or have access to facial-recognition data, fingerprints, or other biometric templates. Biometric authentication is performed by the device and operating system. The app receives only confirmation that authentication succeeded or failed.

Photos, Maps, and Location Information

Authorized users may upload job-related photographs. These photographs are used for internal job documentation, quality assurance, customer-service support, damage documentation, and related business purposes.

The app may open Apple Maps, Google Maps, or another mapping application using a job’s service address so an authorized worker can obtain directions. The app is not intended to continuously track an employee’s physical location.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate and manage authorized user accounts.
• Schedule, assign, perform, document, and manage jobs.
• Prepare and send estimates, invoices, service agreements, and related communications.
• Process and record payments.
• Maintain time records, payroll-supporting records, and time-off records.
• Provide customer service, support, quality assurance, and internal reporting.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services.
• Comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with authorized Nice & Clean personnel; service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, email-delivery, cloud-storage, mapping, and payment providers; government authorities or professional advisers when required by law; and a successor organization in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of business assets.

Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Nice & Clean does not store full payment-card numbers in its internal application.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including service delivery, customer support, accounting, tax compliance, insurance, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Invoices, payment records, signed agreements, and job documentation may be retained longer than inactive user-account information.

Account Access, Corrections, and Deletion Requests

Accounts are created and managed by Nice & Clean administrators. Users do not self-register for accounts. Authorized users may update certain profile information in the app.

We may retain information necessary for legal compliance, accounting, security, payroll, insurance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users must protect their passwords and devices.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children and are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the internal mobile applications.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or use third-party services, including mapping applications and payment processors. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
